To guarantee STC longevity, we must continually review member needs. We must provide value to new members as well as more experienced members. STC will develop valuable new products and services for its membership, which will not only enhance the membership experience from year to year, but also support STC members in all phases of their careers. Through this, STC members can continually look to the Society as a stronghold for the advancement of their professional careers today and in the future.

With over eight years in membership recruitment, retention, and marketing experience, Stacey understands the importance of an association membership on a professional’s career.

Before joining STC, Stacey worked for five years with the Document Management Industries Association (DMIA) as a membership sales manager. By creating marketing campaigns for association services and executing plans for increasing membership sales and retention goals, Stacey successfully increased membership numbers and revenue.

Prior to that, Stacey was the membership coordinator for the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Stacey successfully drove individual membership sales to new heights by increasing revenue from $60,000 to over $225,000 in the first year.

Stacey’s proven track record with membership recruitment programs, marketing campaigns, innovation, sales proficiency, and demonstrated sales goals successes will be a proven asset to STC.

Stacey is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her BA (1997) in psychology. Her hobbies include golf, mountain biking, photography, and most other outdoor activities.
