The Mumbai Chapter of The Computer Society of India and ibruk Consulting Pvt Ltd present a 2-Day Workshop on Effective Technical Writing.
The aim of this workshop is to teach the participants a structured, process-driven approach to creating documents. The workshop also seeks to teach participants techniques that will enable them to create well-structured, well-written content that conveys the information to the reader in an effective and efficient manner.

The workshop is aimed at anyone who has to write formal business documents and is not industry/domain specific.

Aruna Panangipally is the Managing Director of ibruk Consulting Pvt Ltd, a technical writing and courseware development firm based in Mumbai. She has over 17 years experience in these domains and has trained several hundred people in the art and craft of technical writing. Among the many corporates who technical writing teams Aruna has trained are Unisys, IBM, Ericsson, GE Industrial, Agilent, Dubai Ports (formerly P&O Nedloyd), and L&T.
A prolific speaker, Aruna speaks regularly at various local and international conferences in the domain of user assistance. An Engineer with an executive management qualification from IIM Calcutta, one of Aruna’s passions is improving the form and function user assistance solutions.
