The Washington DC/Balitmore Chapter is making a committment to improve our social media presence. We briefly discussed a plan at our monthly leadership meeting on Monday. Carolyn Klinger recommended your presentation to give us ideas and guidance.

Boy, was I delighted when I viewed the power points. Our initial plan includes many of the suggestions you presented: setting goals, audience analysis, choosing the best tool based on our membership preference, building relationships, and having something meaningful (and short) to say.

Thanks Ben, for sharing your wisdom.
