STC partners with book publishers to highlight works that support its goal and mission: to advance the theory and practice of technical communication globally. The STC Imprint is an STC-branded collection of books and other published materials on various topics within the field of technical communication. The STC Imprint is designed to:
- Publicize and promote books about technical communication-related topics
- Increase visibility of STC members who have written texts of great value to the field
- Promote the profession of technical communication
